By inviting Kage ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server.

2. Usage License

Kage is provided "as is" for personal and non-commercial use on the Discord platform. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Bot's code or assets.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Kage for:

• Any illegal activities or promotion of illegal acts.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse of other users.
• Spamming commands or intentionally causing lag/downtime.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of Kage is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data required for functionality.

5. Limitation of Liability

The developers of Kage shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.
